The Patriot ACT, J. Radley Herold Presents                                October 20, 2004

Photo from the Change + HP campaign. Radley jokingly points out that he has been on all sides of this issue. Those who know him best would say, as a defense attorney most people considered him a flaming liberal, as a prosecutor most people considered him a flaming conservative and as a judge most people would say they couldn't understand anything he did. It is refreshing to here a Lawyer poke fun at himself especially over such serious matters. But seriously speaking Radley admits that he has remained interested in Federal Law his whole life, from the McCarthy Era and Richard Nixon to the terrorism activities of today. According to Radley today's terrorism trials are remarkably similar to the espionage trials of the late forties & fifties, during the McCarthy Era.
